How did I get into design? Well, it's a story of evolution and revolution. Want to know more? Let me tell you the story:
I was 7 and it was fathers' day. In school we were given cut out wooden pieces to construct a pen holder for our dad. One of those pieces was a round shaped, thin piece of wood that had a smaller wooden circle inside that had to be removed. It was the pogo obsession season and my friends and I thought we could make pogos out of those pieces of wood. Somehow, making that pogo meant a lot to me and I didn't want to do a crappy work. I started doing designs for my pogo and drew a lot of sketches before getting into the final one. As a reward for my hard work, I had the coolest pogo in the classroom and everyone asked me to make them one too!
That was the beginning of my drawing skills. I drew, and drew, and drew until one day I got a glimpse at a computer software called Photoshop when I was 15. Ever since, I've been converting my drawing skills into designing skills. Little by little, I've become who I am today. I could have never chosen anything better to dedicate the rest of my life to. I am all designing.
